    WHAT IS OPEN MAT?

    • Open mat for members and invited guests. Drills and structured sparring are allowed at participants’ discretion. Coaches will be available for light guidance, but this session is primarily self-directed training. All skill levels welcome.

    • Attire: Gi or No-Gi appropriate gear

    • Cost: Included with membership; drop-in and guest rates apply

    • Notes: Bring water, a towel, and clean gear. Please sign in at the front desk upon arrival.

Basic Membership - $120/month ($150 month by month)

Muay Thai/Kickboxing ONLY - $85/month ($100 month by month)
